Who can hold an account
Registration is limited to people aged 18 or over. Each person, household, phone number, e-mail address and IP address is allowed a single account, and duplicates are closed with their bonuses removed. Your details have to match your ID, and requested documents are due 30 days after we ask.
Bonus rules in brief
- Welcome stages start from £20, and deposits through Skrill or Neteller never qualify.
- Bonuses are switched on in My Bonus while the deposit behind them is still unplayed.
- No more than one bonus runs at once.
- Welcome stages need 20x deposit and bonus, the Weekend Reload needs 35x, the crypto welcome and free-spin winnings need 40x, and cashback needs 1x.
- Each welcome stage has to be wagered inside 10 days.
- Stakes are capped at £100 a bet while a bonus is active.
- A bonus pays out no more than 10x its amount, and free spins pay out £50 or £100 at most, depending on how many there are.
- Contribution rates vary by game, while excluded games count zero.
- A withdrawal request voids the bonus whenever it is made, and cancelling one clears its balance.
Withdrawals
Payout requests are reviewed in 3 business days at most, and only 3 can be pending at once. Withdrawing a deposit that has not been turned over 1x costs a 10% fee. Money leaves by the route it arrived, within a monthly limit that begins at £5,000 and rises with VIP level.

We can amend these rules at any time, and your play is judged under whichever version was current at that moment. Complaints go to live chat, which never closes, or to e-mail support, and we investigate each one.
